Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 4–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
