Return & Refund Policy

At VELDR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received.
